Local-first by design. The downloadable product keeps its identity, agent state and working data in its own application area on your Mac unless you deliberately use an external provider or connected channel.

What the website collects

When you apply, we collect your name, email, role, primary platform, stated goal and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Checkout is handled by the payment provider and we receive transaction and entitlement information, not your full card details.

What the desktop product handles

Depending on the features you enable, the app may handle identity references, voice references, character instructions, conversations, fan notes, generated media, financial records and connection credentials. The app should make external processing visible before you enable it.

Why we use information

We use information to assess founding applications, provide access and onboarding, operate requested features, secure accounts, support users, reconcile payments, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

External providers

Data leaves the device only when required by a feature you choose, such as model inference, media generation, payments, email delivery or a connected creator or social platform. Each provider processes data under its own terms. OnlyClone does not route desktop model conversations through an OnlyClone or Agency model proxy.

Retention

Application and transaction records are retained for onboarding, support, fraud prevention and legal recordkeeping. In the desktop product, source and approved assets remain under creator control; temporary and rejected remote generation assets are subject to shorter retention rules. Deletion is fail-closed where local custody has not been verified.

Security

The desktop runtime is designed to bind to the local device, use an application-specific state area and store supported secrets in the operating system credential store. No system is risk-free. Report suspected compromise immediately and rotate affected platform credentials.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of website application data, withdraw from marketing communications, and disconnect optional providers. Some transaction or safety records may need to be retained. Requests can be sent to hello@onlyclone.app.
