Terms of access

This is a limited development beta. Features may be incomplete, supervised, changed or withdrawn. OnlyClone does not promise earnings, uninterrupted availability or access to any third-party platform.

1. Who may join

You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and either the creator whose identity is used or an operator with that creator’s documented authority. We may ask for age, identity, authority and business-use evidence before granting access.

2. The founding purchase

The price shown at checkout is a one-time fee for the selected founding release package. Remote model or media-generation usage is separate unless expressly included as credit. The supplier and billing descriptor are identified at checkout and on your receipt.

3. Beta access and delivery

Access is limited, Mac-first and released in stages. We may use waitlists, supervised onboarding, feature gates and reasonable usage limits to protect creators and the service. A purchase does not override platform eligibility, acceptable-use checks or safety controls.

4. Your identity, likeness and voice

You retain rights in material you lawfully provide and in your creator identity. You grant us only the permission needed to process that material and operate the features you request. You must not upload another person’s likeness, voice, intimate material or personal data without all permissions required for that use. Fully synthetic characters must not deceptively impersonate a real person.

5. Your data and generated assets

The desktop product is designed around local-first ownership. Some selected workflows may use clearly identified external providers. You remain responsible for your source material, exported assets, backups, publishing decisions and compliance with the rules of every platform you use.

6. Safety and prohibited use

You must not use OnlyClone for minors or age-ambiguous sexual content, non-consensual intimate material, impersonation, fraud, coercion, harassment, unlawful surveillance, stolen accounts, platform evasion or any unlawful activity. We may suspend access immediately where safety, consent, security or legal risk requires it.

7. Third-party platforms

OnlyFans, Fanvue, social networks, model providers, payment providers and generation providers are independent services. Their rules and availability apply separately. OnlyClone is not endorsed by them and cannot guarantee that they will accept an account, integration, post or message.

8. Approvals and automation

You remain responsible for messages, prices, media, posts and transactions sent through your accounts. High-risk actions may require explicit approval. Do not disable safeguards or use the service to conceal automated activity where disclosure or human control is required.

9. Refunds

If we cannot provide the purchased founding access, we will refund the affected fee. Before onboarding has begun and before software access has been supplied, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase. After onboarding or digital access begins, refunds are limited to service failure, a written guarantee we gave you, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. 10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated before they apply to an existing founding purchase. Statutory rights are not affected. Questions, rights requests and complaints can be sent to hello@onlyclone.app.
